Civil Engineer3 Position

Qualification

• Thai Nationality, Male or Female
• Age 25-35 years. 
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
• Experience 0-6 years in a construction company.
• Good skill of AutoCAD, Sketch up, BIM, Revit.
• Have a professional license in Civil Engineer, level 1 or level 2.
• Able to work at the site or upcountry

• Responsible for construction project planning.
• Update construction report to supervisor.
• Control construction work is done according to plan.
• Control budget following plan.
• Analysis cost and good forecasting of budget control in order to support other sections.
• Develop and improve the construction process and good quality checking.
• Other related tasks as assigned. 

Senior Estimator1 Position

Qualification

• Thai Nationality, Male or Female
• Age 28-32 years.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience as an estimator in a construction company.
• Good computer skills MS Office, AutoCad, etc.
• High responsibility, ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
• Interpersonal skills and work as team player.
• Knowledge of Construction law.
• Knowledge ISO9001 and ISO45001.
• Good communication in English, speaking, reading, and writing. (Toeic scored 500 up is an advantage).
• Have professional license at Associate or higher.

• Check the specifications and requirements of the project for bidding.
• Take-off quantities and cost planning for building, external and renovation works.
• Estimate to compare the variation work (value engineering & cost down, option work).
• Provide calculation sheet for quantity take-off, cost planning and combine BOQ.
• Procure sub-contractor including requests for quotations, specifications, installation method and negotiate at the beginning process.
• Rough cost planning for the client budgeting.
• Collect data of unit cost, ratio of structural quantity to compare with previous project.
• Work corporate and coordinate with other sections, namely; sales, design, procurement, construction team, third party, etc.

Sr.Structure Design Engineer1 Position

Qualification

• Age 28 - 35 years
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in  Building Design
• Have a professional Engineer License 2nd level (Sor Yor)
• Can be used Structural design, Drawing programs such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Midas Gen, nGan AutoCAD, Revit (advantage), Other.
• Good computer software skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English (advantage)
• High responsibility and endurable to high-pressure conditions.
• Ability to learn, self-improvement and self-motivation
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Able to work up country, if any.

• Structural design for estimation.
• Designs and drawings structures and reports.
• Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses and provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
• Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
• Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness. 
• Works and coordinate between Japanese Designer, Architects, Estimator, and M&E Engineer.
• Other tasks assignment.

Senior Mechanical Engineer1 Position

Qualification

• Thai Nationality, 30-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 3-7 years of working experience in M&E function. Able to work upcountry (Construction Site)
• High responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001
• Good skills in Auto CAD, Sketchup, BIM, and Revit.
• Associate Mechanical Engineer License**
• Good communicate in English. (TOEIC scored 550)
• Able to start immediately, take special consideration.

• Design outline M&E system for building follows owner requirement.
• Rough estimation cost.
• Check to ensure all technical aspects of the projects have complied with particular specifications, general specifications, contract drawings & BOQ.
• Attend meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, report, etc.) with the consultant to discuss key issues related to the project.
• Law & Regulation check for construction work and any relation.
• Make Quotation & Comparison sheet follow owner requirement.
• Make a civil worklist for the M&E system.
• Other related tasks as an assignment.
